Supplier Quality Administrative Coordinator

As a Supplier Quality Administrative Coordinator, you will support the Supplier Quality team through effective database administration, reporting, and coordination activities that help ensure supplier performance and quality standards are met across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Supplier Quality databases and related applications
• Prepare periodic reports, analysis, and statistics on supplier quality performance
• Provide administrative support to the Supplier Quality GOE team and broader Supplier Quality organization
• Maintain and monitor supplier quality data, including KPIs such as ppm and COPQ
• Support the administration of Supplier Audit Plans and Audit Reports
• Assist with quality documentation follow-up, including CAPA paperwork, FPAP, RCCA, and communication with suppliers and sites
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries and regions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally, as required, with travel under 10%
• Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural and global environments.
