Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and driven Supervisor, Business Process Operations to join our Business Process Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale customer accounts, overseeing complex digitization operations across client sites and Iron Mountain India facilities, and supervising a high-performing ground delivery team.
You will join a dynamic, collaborative team serving as the essential bridge between Key Account Managers and ground operations to ensure best-in-class service delivery, optimized workflows, and strict adherence to project timelines.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Manage Large-Scale Digitization Operations: Oversee complex end-to-end scanning, metadata, and document management operations, establishing optimized operating plans and conducting Proof of Concept testing to achieve productivity and financial goals.
Collaborate Across Key Stakeholders: Act as the strategic liaison between Key Account Managers, vertical leads, and ground delivery teams to align project deliverables with customer expectations and Key Result Areas.
Ensure Compliance and Best Practices: Maintain strict adherence to agreed Standard Operating Procedures, organizational standards, and industry best practices across all facility operations and customer sites.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
7+ years of experience in business process operations and digitization, with a proven track record of managing teams of 50 to 100 employees and handling large-scale judiciary projects.
Strong knowledge of production scanners, Document Management Systems, workflow automation, Time and Motion Study methodologies, and Google Workspace applications (including Google Data Studio for Management Information System reporting).
Proven ability in team leadership, customer relationship management, operational cost optimization, Request for Proposal validation, and Gross Profit optimization.
A Bachelor’s degree (required); a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations is preferred.
