DNO Norge AS is looking for motivated students to join our 2027 summer internship programme within Business Support. The internship is planned to have a duration of 6-8 weeks.

During the internship, you will learn how a North Sea operator works and contribute to relevant assignments in one of our Business Support teams.

You will be given the training, guidance and support needed to make a meaningful contribution while developing your professional skills.

The exact assignment will depend on your academic background, interests and our business needs. In your application, please state which area you are most interested in. 

Choose your area

IT - Support digital workflows, AI, data quality, reporting, systems and user support, cybersecurity awareness or process-improvement initiatives.

HSSEQ - Contribute to health, safety, environment and quality data, reporting, risk and compliance activities, learning initiatives or continuous improvement.

Human Resources - Support recruitment and onboarding, employer branding, HR-data and reporting, learning and development and improvement of employee processes.

Who we are looking for

• Students that are motivated, keen to learn, willing to ask questions, and thorough. 

• You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree within the relevant area and will have completed at least two years of higher education before the internship begins.

• You have good general IT skills and can learn new systems and tools quickly.

• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
  
  Work authorisation: Please note that you need to hold a valid Norwegian work-permit for the internship period.
