Join Our Team as a Station Agent – Ensure Fleet Excellence and Top-Quality Service!

Are you passionate about working with vehicles and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a motivated Station Agent to join our team and play a key role in maintaining our fleet to the highest standards while delivering top-tier service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles according to our high-quality standards, ensuring they are clean, road-legal, and meet all documentation requirements.

• Conduct thorough inspections using the Ready for Rent Checklist to ensure all vehicles are prepared for customer handover.

• Deliver and collect vehicles per customer requirements, ensuring smooth handovers by providing essential information, including CO2 emissions and vehicle value.

• Identify any damage or maintenance issues, report these findings, and complete all necessary documentation at collection points.

• Work closely with the Station Manager, Fleet Manager, and Team Leader to assist in all tasks, including vehicle movements, customer service, and business development activities.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional and up to company standards.

• Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines, reporting any concerns to the Station Manager.

• Drive company vehicles safely, adhering to the Company Driving Standards Policy.
