We’re looking for a orchestration-minded profile to lead the high-volume, fast-response creative operations. The Senior Project Manager is the operational control point responsible for making the account predictable, scalable, and sustainable, combining operational rigor with prioritization judgment under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Intake, Planning & Scope
- Manage incoming requests, ensuring complete briefs (objectives, specs, media plan, assets).
- Translate briefs into actionable work plans for cross-functional teams: Creative Processes, Production Processes (Activations, AV), Post-Production, Adaptations, Strategy, Community Management, for deliverables across TV, OLV, Social, OOH, etc.
- Build detailed timelines and deploy work within workflow management tools, managing internal dependencies and those from the client.
Campaign Management & Urgencies
- Manage high-volume projects (~3,960 assets per year) through batching and critical paths.
- Evaluate and negotiate last-minute requests, offering viable alternatives instead of binary answers.
- Prioritize deliverables based on live dates and strategic commercial needs.
Coordination, Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Act as the central node between Account, Client, Media, and internal teams (Strategy, CM, Creative, Production, Post).
- Ensure end-to-end QA (specs, naming, brand compliance) before each delivery.
- Optimize workflows and identify opportunities for automation and templating.
- Use Project Management tools correctly.
Required Profile
Must-haves
- 5–7+ years of experience in Project Management in agencies or creative studios.
- Proven experience managing high volume with short turnaround times.
- Strong command of project management tools (Jira, Monday, Asana).
