- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning & Optimization solutions, driving business process transformation for global customers.
- Own solution architecture, integration strategy, effort estimation, and functional design while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Pre-Sales, Product Management, Consulting, and Customer IT.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and executive stakeholders, providing industry best practices, solution recommendations, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live support.
- Estimate workload for implementation activities within scope; assess integration complexity, architecture cost, and labor requirements.
- Lead business process analysis and design during the sales cycle and throughout development; create functional and technical specifications.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to user, management, and executive audiences.
- Assist Project Managers with planning and create detailed tasks for project plans, including sales‑cycle and post‑go‑live enhancements.
- Demonstrate and facilitate integration discussions of product functionality and architecture (e.g., end‑to‑end data and process flows).
- Identify and communicate incremental revenue and enhancement opportunities.
- Communicate business cases and product trend insights to management to influence future functionality and solution offerings.
- Develop or lead teams in producing functional specs for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens that meet customer objectives and best‑practice design.
- Ensure knowledge transfer with Cloud Services, Consulting Services, and Support stakeholders.
- Advise customers on industry best practices and process methodologies; tailor Blue Yonder solutions to customer uniqueness and industry verticals.
- Serve as the functional liaison in key meetings between Project Managers, customer contacts, users, and executive sponsors.
- Work with consulting, Product Management, and Pre‑Sales to recommend which Blue Yonder applications solve specific business challenges.
- Help define functional and technical specs to ensure efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional requirements.
- 13+ years of professional experience in enterprise software delivery; at least 6–8 years in solution architecture or senior consulting roles.
- Proven track record leading end‑to‑end implementations for large, complex customers (requirements, design, integration, configuration, UAT, cutover).
- Hands‑on experience estimating implementation effort, scoping integrations, and defining architecture cost and labor.
- Strong domain experience in retail supply chain, planning, allocation, merchandising, or closely related verticals.
- Demonstrated ability to run business process workshops and translate outcomes into functional and technical specifications.
- Experience facilitating integration and data/process flow discussions across application stacks.
- Experience advising executive and management stakeholders and delivering executive‑level presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management across Pre‑Sales, Product Management, Cloud Services, Consulting, Operations, and Customer IT.
- Experience mentoring teams and conducting knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
- Prior experience with Blue Yonder product suite or equivalent retail planning/allocation platforms.
- Experience with multi‑tenant SaaS delivery, cloud migrations, and enterprise SaaS operations.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD, containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with integration technologies and patterns (REST APIs, Kafka, Mulesoft, SFTP, AS2) and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Elasticsearch).
- Prior involvement in pre‑sales scoping and the ability to identify incremental revenue opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a closely related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications (examples):
- Cloud: Azure/AWS Solution Architect or equivalent
- Enterprise architecture: TOGAF (or equivalent)
- Delivery/project: PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI‑ACP)
- Blue Yonder product certifications (if available)
