Spa Receptionist

The Role:

The Spa Receptionist at Domes Resorts  provides an exceptional experience to all spa guests by managing appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the spa’s image and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Some of the responsibilities:

• Guest Services
• Handling guests warmly, creating a positive first & last impression.
• Provide information on spa services, treatments, and pricing, answering any questions guests may have.
• Guide guests through the check-in and check-out processes, including any pre- or post-treatment protocols.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and respect privacy at all times.
• Appointment Management
• Schedule spa appointments, using the booking system to maximize spa efficiency and availability.
• Confirm reservations, inform guests of cancellation policies, and handle any last-minute appointment adjustments.
• Coordinate with therapists and team members to ensure timely service for all bookings.
• Customer Relations
• Foster positive relationships with guests, remembering repeat customers’ preferences when possible.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues to the Spa Manager if needed.
• Encourage guests to provide feedback on their spa experience and assist with any follow-up actions.
• Sales & Promotions
• Promote current spa packages, seasonal offers, and retail products.
• Actively engage guests in product knowledge to encourage sales of spa retail items.

Requirements

Useful to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality diploma is a plus.
• Previous experience in a spa, beauty center, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Knowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
