Overview of the Role:

Emerging Prducts Specialist チームの Sales & Makerting スペシャリストSEは、Agentforce Sales(営業支援)、Agentforce Marketing（B2Bマーケティングオートメーション）、及び、関連する新規/買収製品(AIエージェントQualified, Momentum)の専門家として、技術的な側面から顧客への提案をリードする役割を担います。 担当製品、AI、Data、Platformのソリューションを掛け合わせ、顧客固有の課題に対する最適解を導き出す「マルチタレント」なエンジニアとして、社内外に製品価値を広める第一人者を目指していただけるポジションです 。日々進化するテクノロジー、顧客課題に深い興味を持って、エンジニアとして日々腕を磨き、個人/チームとしてお客様/社会への価値を最大化できる方を求めております。

Responsibilities:

• 技術的な提案支援: フィールドセールス、SE、他製品スペシャリスト、プロダクトマネジメント、パートナー各社と密接に連携し、顧客（経営幹部、IT部門を含む）に対して、課題解決のためのソリューション構築/提案する。

• マーケットへの価値訴求: イベント登壇やセミナー講師を通じて、製品価値を広く発信する。また、新製品や新機能（Agentforce 等）を市場へ展開するダイナミズムをリードする。

• イネーブルメント: 社員やパートナーに対し、セミナーやベストプラクティスの共有、ナレッジシェアを行い、エコシステム全体の技術力向上に寄与する。

• 戦略策定と障害解決: 技術的な販売戦略の策定・実施を行うとともに、商談における技術的な障害をオーナーシップを持って解決する。

Required Qualifications:

• コンピュータサイエンス（情報学系）、または関連分野（理工学など）の学士号（または学位）を有している方

• ソフトウェア製品の販売または導入における実務経験

• プリセールスまたはポストセールスにおいて、特定の製品・ソリューションを深くサポートした経験

• 顧客向けのプレゼンテーションおよびデモンストレーションの実績

• 未知の分野や最新技術（AI 等）に対して、強い好奇心を持って主体的に取り組む姿勢

• チームを横断して円滑に業務を進める高いコミュニケーション能力

• マルチタスクを管理し、スピード感を持って技術的課題を解決する能力

• 日本語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力

• 英語によるテキストベースのコミュニケーション能力（社内/外ドキュメント参照、関係者とのコミュニケーション）

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforceまたは他社営業支援、マーケティングオートメーション製品の技術経験

• 営業支援、マーケティングオートメーションに関する知識

• AI/AIエージェントの知識や業務経験

• 新製品の立ち上げ経験や知識

• ITベンダーでのプリセールス経験

• 競合他社がいる商談での活動経験

• 自立した仕事遂行能力・課題発見能力

• セクショナリズムに囚われずに部門を横断して活動するマインド

• 主体的に情報を発信できる姿勢を身につけている。

• 機能要件と技術要件の両方を特定するためのヒアリング活動を主導した経験

• システムアーキテクチャーの策定経験

• システム構築のデリバリー経験

• APIプログラミング経験

• 英語による顧客向けプレゼンテーション、海外部門との対面でのコミュニケーション
