Your Mission
Direct the efforts of subordinate managers and professional staff.
Create and/or review technical assessments, rough order of magnitudes and high-level requirements for assigned projects.
Work with customer-facing organizations to produce final specifications.
Collaborate with software and other engineers on developing and maintaining the overall software and related architecture roadmap and vision.
Drive execution of solution development through allocation and sustainable management of resources.
Drive decision-making processes to consensus and ensure that steps are taken to implement the solution roadmap.
Define and monitor the team’s success metrics.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Proven experience shipping commercial software or building production cloud services.
Ideally 2-5 experience in managing software engineering teams of 5-15 direct reports
Must be able to read code (not write) typically around .NET, & Python
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and service-based or microservices architectures.
Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, observability, testing, and operationally reliable software delivery.
Strong technical judgment, communication skills, and ability to drive alignment across stakeholders.
Agile mindset and collaborative work style.

Salary: full-time monthly of 7.080,00 - 9.500,00 € based on your competencies and skills plus a company bonus of 15%
