Over the past fifty years, the West’s ability to design and build large scale infrastructure has atrophied, and the entire industry has become less productive. With decaying infrastructure, power shortages, and an aging workforce, the only way through is to hyper-scale development with technology at a rate never before seen.

Role Description:

We are hiring a Software Engineer where you will work in a cross-discipline environment, building world-class full-stack software in partnership with our hardware and analysis engineers, and ultimately to support our customers. You will have an extremely high level of autonomy over software architecture, performance, and implementation for our product, where we leverage AI to automate every step of the engineering process to produce end design deliverables for the construction of large scale capital projects such as utility scale power and data centers.

This role is based in-person in San Francisco, CA. We are in office 5 days per week.

• have experience building full-stack applications, database, and cloud infrastructure entirely yourself

• live at the frontier of AI coding agent model capabilities, and actively try to push the boundaries

• have experience building engineering or manufacturing software for products in the physical world
