Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Engineer with 7–8 years of experience to design and develop scalable web applications. The role involves working across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces while ensuring performance, reliability, scalability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

     1. Develop and maintain applications using Java (Spring Boot)

     2. Build and consume RESTful APIs

     3. Worked on react/angular frontend language.

     4. Develop UI using JavaScript, HTML, CSS (JSP or modern frameworks)

     5. Work with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) for data modelling and queries

     6. Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability

     7. Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices

     8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)

     9. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Required Skills:

1. Guide and mentor peers/team members by conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to ensure high-quality software delivery.
2. Demonstrate basic project management skills, with exposure to tools such as MS Project, ClickUp, Miro, etc.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills 
4. Strong development of both client-side interfaces (React/Angular) and server-side logic (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs).
5. Have knowledge and working experience of React.js or any other frontend programming knowledge.
6. Good knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
7. Experience with SQL databases
8. Understanding of system design and scalable architecture
9. Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows

Good to Have 

     1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

     2. Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

     3. Experience with monitoring/logging tools

     4. Familiarity with Agile development practices
