About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Delivery Coordinator to play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of our service operations.

This position is ideal for someone with experience coordinating field service activities, managing customer expectations, and driving workflow efficiency in a fast-paced environment. While this is not a people management role, you will be responsible for coordinating service delivery activities, ensuring technicians are effectively scheduled, customers are kept informed, and service outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of service activities across a portfolio of customer accounts.

• Raise, assign, and schedule work orders to technicians and subcontractors.

• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service progress, updates, and resolutions.

• Monitor work in progress to ensure service commitments and deadlines are achieved.

• Ensure completed work orders are accurately closed, costed, and invoiced in a timely manner.

• Track maintenance activities and ensure all associated documentation is complete and provided to relevant stakeholders.

• Manage customer escalations and drive issues through to resolution.

• Raise and issue purchase orders for parts, materials, and subcontractor services.

• Support operational teams including Service Team Managers, Branch Managers, Technicians, and the Service Delivery Team Leader.

• Coordinate technician and apprentice onboarding activities.

• Partner with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve invoice and payment queries.

• Identify process improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery performance.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a service coordination, service delivery, operations support, dispatch, scheduling, or high-volume customer service environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

• Strong customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team while also operating independently.

• Experience with service management systems such as SMAX, Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms is advantageous but not essential.
