The Difference You Will Make

As a Server Assistant you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and prompt service. This role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, answering guest questions, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.

What You’ll Bring

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner when assisting at tables.

• Refill water glasses, replenish beverages, and remove used dishes as needed.

• Deliver food to tables accurately and promptly, ensuring correct presentation.

• Support servers in meeting guest needs throughout each dining experience.

• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly according to restaurant standards. 

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including chairs, floors, service stations, and restrooms as assigned. 

• Assist with the organization and restocking of service areas (cutlery, napkins, glassware, condiments, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• At least two (2) years of related customer experience required.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to work with long periods of standing and walking throughout the dining room, kitchen, and service areas. In addition, employees will walk; handle food and beverage objects, reach and extend with hands and arms; talk and hear. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling; specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to focus.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a restaurant environment, including a kitchen area. 

Location and Travel:   Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
