Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Design and execute sensory, consumer, and cognitive research projects aligned with business and innovation objectives
- Select and apply appropriate research methodologies to address consumer, product, and market questions
- Ensure research quality through data validation, cleaning, monitoring, and adherence to established protocols
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable consumer insights and business recommendations
- Partner with Innovation, Creativity & Design (IC&D), commercial, and cross-functional teams to support product development and decision-making
- Present research findings, conclusions, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers
- Maintain research databases, documentation, and knowledge management resources
- Coordinate and support sensory panels, research activities, technicians, and external partners when applicable
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance research capabilities, methodologies, and consumer understanding
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Consumer Science, Psychology, Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sensory and consumer research, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of sensory and consumer research methodologies and best practices
- Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research studies
- Strong data analysis, interpretation, and insight generation capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience within the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of sensory panel management and sensory evaluation techniques
- Experience using research and statistical tools such as EyeQuestion, XLSTAT, or similar platforms
