À propos du rôle

La Fabric Squad est le nouveau cœur battant de Stay22. Sa mission ? Propulser notre plateforme API centralisée et notre serveur Model Context Protocol (MCP). Plus qu'une simple infrastructure, Fabric est la porte d’entrée sécurisée vers notre intelligence, nos données et notre logique propriétaire.

En tant que Senior Technical Product Manager, vous serez l'architecte de l'évolution technique de Stay22. Votre rôle sera de transformer nos systèmes internes en un écosystème unifié capable de connecter nos données et nos agents IA directement aux partenaires globaux. Vous évoluerez à la frontière de l'ingénierie de plateforme, de la monétisation de données et de la nouvelle économie des agents IA.

Vous porterez la vision stratégique et la roadmap de la plateforme API. Votre objectif : transformer des systèmes fragmentés en une plateforme cohérente, scalable et prête pour l’expansion verticale de l’entreprise.

Vos priorités s’articuleront autour d’une roadmap en trois phases :

1. Interne : Standardiser la communication entre nos microservices.

2. Produit : Devenir le moteur de tous les produits (frontaux et internes) de Stay22.

3. Écosystème : Externaliser et monétiser nos API pour nos partenaires et clients entreprises.
   
   

Au quotidien, vous allez :

• Concevoir l’API comme un produit : Transformer nos actifs (inventaire, pricing, analytics) en produits API fiables et performants.

• Collaborer étroitement : Travailler avec l’ingénierie, la data et l’approvisionnement pour définir les standards de sécurité, de documentation et d'expérience développeur (DevEx).

• Propulser l’IA : Définir les exigences des serveurs MCP pour permettre à nos agents d’être diffusés sur des marchés tiers, ouvrant ainsi de nouveaux canaux d’acquisition.

• Mesurer l’impact : Équilibrer les besoins techniques et les opportunités d’affaires via des KPIs précis (adoption, santé de la plateforme, impact business).

• Être un pont : Traduire les enjeux techniques complexes en opportunités claires pour la direction et les équipes commerciales.
  
  

Ce que vous apportez

• 5 ans+ en gestion de produit technique (API, plateformes, outils de dév).

• Culture technique : Vous parlez le même langage que nos ingénieurs (REST vs GraphQL, auth, rate limiting, etc.).

• Sens du design : Une intuition forte pour créer une expérience développeur exceptionnelle.

• Agilité mentale : Une capacité éprouvée à structurer l'ambiguïté et à simplifier des systèmes complexes.

• Vision d’avenir : Un intérêt ou une connaissance des écosystèmes LLM, RAG, MCP ou agents IA (un atout majeur).

• Communication : Un talent pour vulgariser la technologie et influencer tous les niveaux de l'organisation.

Position overview

The Fabric Squad is a newly formed core platform team with a broad mandate: building Stay22’s centralized API platform and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Fabric is the secure front door to our data, logic, and proprietary capabilities.

As Senior Technical Product Manager for Fabric, you will lead the evolution of Stay22’s technical ecosystem — from unifying internal systems, to powering our products, to enabling external partners and AI agents to transact directly with Stay22 data.

This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, data monetization, and the emerging AI agent economy.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Stay22’s API Platform, leading the transition from fragmented internal systems to a cohesive, scalable platform aligned with company objectives, vertical expansion, and AI-driven initiatives.

• Drive a clear 3-phase platform roadmap:

  • Enable reliable internal microservices communication

  • Power Stay22’s frontend and internal products

  • Externalize and monetize APIs for partners and enterprise customers

• Lead the API as a Product vision by transforming internal assets (inventories, pricing logic, analytics) into well-defined, reliable, and monetizable API products for internal teams, partners, and third-party developers.

• Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Supply, and Platform teams to define API standards, versioning, documentation, security, and developer experience — while avoiding tight coupling and long-term dependencies.

• Support AI agent initiatives, including defining MCP server strategy and requirements for Stay22-developed agents published on third-party marketplaces, unlocking new distribution and acquisition channels.

• Own discovery, prioritization, and success metrics, balancing developer needs, scalability, security, compliance and commercial opportunities, and measuring platform health, adoption, and business impact.

• Act as a cross-functional translator, making platform value, progress, and tradeoffs clear to leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders.
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with strong exposure to technical platforms, APIs, data products, or developer tools

• Comfort discussing APIs and platform tradeoffs with senior engineers (REST vs GraphQL, auth flows, rate limiting, payload design)

• Strong intuition for what makes a great developer experience, from documentation to onboarding and tooling

• Experience navigating high ambiguity and turning complex systems into clear product strategy and priorities

• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, MCP, or AI agent ecosystems is a strong plus

• Ability to use both quantitative signals (latency, usage, reliability) and qualitative feedback (developer friction) to guide decisions

• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
