Rokt mParticle is a customer data platform serving hundreds of global brands, built on an end-to-end streaming architecture. mParticle merged with Rokt in January 2025.

We are hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant, Customer Data Platform

You are the technical owner of a portfolio of enterprise Rokt mParticle accounts, some of the largest consumer brands in the world, running real-time customer data pipelines at serious scale. A Customer Success Manager holds the commercial relationship, you hold the technical one.
You will be technically hands-on, building demo environments, validating integrations, writing transformation logic and debugging pipelines. You will also be regularly in front of customers, from the engineers doing the build up to directors and VPs across engineering, data science, analytics, and product. 

Compensation

Target total compensation ranges from $213,000 - $254,000, including a fixed annual salary of $174,000 - $215,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. This is the expected range for the role. Final compensation is determined by the level we assess through the interview process, based on how your experience and skills map to our career ladder.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship across a portfolio of enterprise CDP accounts, partnering with Customer Success and Technical Services Engineering on adoption, escalations, and expansion.
• Advise on implementation design and new use cases, grounded in what you know about each customer's architecture, infrastructure and constraints.
• Lead recurring technical reviews and roadmap conversations with client engineering and data leadership.
• Troubleshoot integration failures across web, mobile and server-side SDKs, APIs and partner integrations, working directly with client engineering teams.
• Write scripts and transformation rules for customer implementations, and build demo and test environments that replicate real use cases, using AI to move quickly on both.
• Support pre-sales on scoping, demos and technical validation, and build the reusable assets the wider Solutions and Sales teams run on.

Requirements

• Willingness to work 4 day in-office, 1 day remote weekly schedule in our New York office.
• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role: solutions consulting or engineering, technical account management, implementation, or professional services on a data, analytics, MarTech or adtech platform.
• Demonstrated comfort in strategic meetings with senior technical stakeholders at large enterprises. You can present to a director or senior director of engineering and adapt depending on whether the room is engineering, data science, analytics or product.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, and hands-on experience with SDKs and REST APIs. You can read a customer's architecture and explain the constraints, and you can read a payload, find the field that is wrong and explain it to a client engineer without escalating. 
• You write working code in Python or JavaScript, with AI in the loop, and you handle customer problems end to end.
• Bonus points for hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms or other complex MarTech software.
