Senior Project Manager – MEP & Mission Critical

What you will do:
- Lead overall delivery for a RM 50+ million hyperscale data centre expansion in Johor.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest international quality standards.
- Manage overall delivery of assigned project packages from mobilisation through to final completion.
- Oversee project scope, programme, budget, and commercial performance to ensure contractual milestones.
- Coordinate internal teams, specialist consultants, and subcontractors for seamless MEP systems integration.
- Identify commercial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard overall project profitability.
- Direct daily coordination with a Chinese main contractor on technically demanding hyperscale infrastructure.
- Navigate complex commissioning phases (CxL1–L6) for Tier III and Tier IV facilities.

Experience you need:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or relevant Construction Management discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience with 5 years in senior project leadership.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical MEP infrastructure projects.
