Meet the Team 

The Cisco Wireless Core RF & Networking PM team is responsible for driving the software strategy. The team is responsible for the software roadmap for technologies that makes the controller work. The charter for the team expands from RF technologies and networking to IoT solutions and locations applications as well.

Your Impact
As a Product Manager for Cisco Wireless, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative wireless networking solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches in the India market and globally. The PM will be an anchor point for the team in India.

In this role:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Cisco Wireless solutions aligned with market trends and customer requirements.

• Lead product lifecycle management from concept through launch and post-launch support.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and specifications.

• Work closely with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market plans, competitive positioning, and enablement materials.

• Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.

• Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

• Manage relationships with key customers and partners to gather insights and validate product direction.

• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Typically: Bachelors + 12 years of related experience, or Masters + 8 years of related experience, or PhD + 5 years of related experience

• Experience in Wireless technologies and bonus points for deployment and design experience.

• Experience with network and change management for deployments

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle
