Sobre esta vaga de Senior Product Manager na Cialfo

Cialfo · Presencial · Delhi, India

Senior Product Manager Manifest Global · Delhi, India

What This Role Is

Right now, a counselor at a partner school in Manila is using Cialfo. A university admissions officer in Melbourne is using Explore to find the same student. A Kaaiser advisor in Delhi is talking that student's family through visa logistics for a course starting in six months. A BridgeU counselor at an international school in Nairobi is running the exact same workflow — on a different product, with a different roadmap, built by a different team that has never spoken to the other three.

Four products. One flywheel. Right now, they don't know it.

Manifest's own flywheel — more schools, more students, more data, better recommendations, higher conversion, more university revenue, better student experience, more schools — only compounds if the products feeding it are built as one system. Today they aren't. Each brand ships in isolation. Roadmaps are set brand by brand, not around where the ecosystem actually creates leverage. And Saige, the AI layer meant to sit across all of it, is live — but weekly active usage sits under 10%. That gap is not a marketing problem. It's a product problem.

This role exists to close it. You will be the first person accountable for a single product roadmap across Cialfo, BridgeU, Kaaiser, and Explore — not four roadmaps politely coordinated, one roadmap built around where the ecosystem compounds. You will own where Saige goes next and why adoption is stuck below 10%. And you will build the data layer that lets a signal from a counselor in Manila actually inform a decision a product team makes for a student in Delhi.

Nobody has built this yet at Manifest. That's the job.

What Makes This Role Different

Most Senior PM roles mean owning a slice of one product's backlog inside one team's roadmap cadence. This one doesn't. You are being asked to define the roadmap logic across four products that, until now, have been built independently — and to make the case, product by product, for why a shared system beats four local optimizations.

The Manifest ecosystem is the leverage here, and it's leverage no standalone competitor has. Cialfo's 2,000+ partner schools generate counselor and student behavior no other platform sees. Explore's 1,000+ university partners generate demand-side signal on exactly which students convert and why. Kaaiser's on-the-ground placement expertise across India and Southeast Asia tells you where the real friction sits between interest and enrolment. BridgeU extends all of that into international schools globally. No other company in this market has all four data sources sitting inside one portfolio. Right now, that advantage is latent — sitting in four separate systems that don't talk to each other. You're the person who turns it into a live advantage.

The broader overseas education market is contracting. Manifest is growing through exactly this kind of connective work — building the operating system underneath four brands rather than four separate products. This is the moment to be the one building it.

What You Own

The cross-brand product roadmap

  • Build and own a single prioritization framework across Cialfo, BridgeU, Kaaiser, and Explore — replacing four independently-set roadmaps with one built around where the ecosystem compounds
  • Make the call, product by product, on what gets built centrally versus what stays brand-specific, and defend that call to each brand's leadership
  • Run the quarterly roadmap review that connects product bets to flywheel outcomes — more schools, more students, more conversion — not just feature ship dates

Saige AI product strategy

  • Own why weekly active usage on Saige sits under 10% today, and build the roadmap that changes that number
  • Define what Saige needs to become to be genuinely useful inside a counselor's or advisor's daily workflow, not an add-on feature nobody opens
  • Set the measurement framework that tells the business, honestly, whether Saige is working — and keep the roadmap accountable to it

The cross-brand data layer

  • Architect the data infrastructure that lets a signal in one brand — a counselor's behavior on Cialfo, a university's admissions pattern on Explore — inform product decisions in another
  • Define what "shared data" actually means in practice: what gets connected, what stays siloed for good reason, and what the first working version looks like
  • Partner directly with engineering leadership across brands to get this built, not just specified

Stakeholder alignment across four brand leadership teams

  • Build direct working relationships with product, engineering, and business leads at Cialfo, BridgeU, Kaaiser, and Explore
  • Be the person each brand trusts to represent their reality accurately in the shared roadmap — not the person imposing a template from above

What Success Looks Like

The markers below reflect where the product function is today. By the time you join, the business will have moved — new priorities surfaced, new constraints or opportunities in progress across the four brands. We will define the specifics together once you are in the seat. These are directional, not fixed. That said, the shape of success in this role is clear.

You will start by building a complete picture: how each brand currently sets its roadmap, what data actually exists and where it's trapped, what Saige is being used for today versus what it was built to do, and where the real friction sits between the four teams that haven't had a reason to coordinate before now.

From there, the first cross-brand roadmap will be in motion — not a fully unified system on day one, but a working prioritization framework that at least two brands are operating from, and a first version of the shared data layer that proves the concept with a real signal flowing from one brand to another. Saige usage will have a clear diagnosis, a roadmap, and an early signal of movement.

Over time, the product function at Manifest will look fundamentally different from how you found it: one roadmap logic instead of four, a data layer that's genuinely shared rather than four disconnected systems that happen to sit in the same company, and Saige usage that reflects a product people actually reach for. This will be a competitive advantage the business can point to, not an aspiration in a deck.

The specifics will be calibrated once you are in the role. The direction will not change.

What You Bring

You've built product inside a multi-product or multi-brand company before — not read about it, built it — and you know firsthand that the hard part is never the roadmap template. It's getting four teams who've never had to agree on anything to actually align around shared leverage, and doing it without becoming the person everyone resents for slowing them down.

You think in systems and data, not features. When usage on something is stuck under 10%, your instinct isn't to add more onto the backlog — it's to find out exactly why, with data, before proposing what comes next. You're comfortable being the person who has to build credibility with four separate leadership teams before you can build anything else, and you know that credibility comes from getting the diagnosis right first.

You operate well in ambiguity because you've had to define the system before anyone told you what the system should look like. Nobody at Manifest has done this job before you — there's no playbook to inherit, only a real, specific gap to close.

Most importantly: you read the description of what Manifest is building — four products that should be one ecosystem, and currently aren't — and your first reaction wasn't "this is a good PM job." It was something closer to: someone has to actually connect these before the flywheel can work the way it's supposed to. That's the person this role is for.

Why Manifest

Manifest Global is building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility — connecting students, schools, universities, and employers across 50+ countries. Our portfolio spans Cialfo (AI-powered college counseling, 2,000+ schools), BridgeU (university guidance for international schools globally), Kaaiser (trusted study abroad counseling since 1997 across India and Southeast Asia), and Explore (AI-powered university outreach, 1,000+ university partners). Together, we move talent across borders at scale. $700B flows annually in remittances from migrant workers. 85M workers will be missing from developed economies by 2030. We're building the operating system that changes that. $91M raised. Still early.

This role sits at the center of that operating system, not off to the side of it. The flywheel only compounds if the four products feeding it work as one — and right now, that work hasn't been done by anyone. You'd be the first. You'll have direct access to William, real ownership over a system spanning four brands, and equity participation at a stage where the product architecture you build in your first year will shape how Manifest operates for the next decade.
