Position : Senior Instock Management Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled instock senior manager who is in charge of various activities such as indicator tracking, inventory survey, and code management to support inventory objectives and to comply with the plan through a multidisciplinary analysis on the inventory and review related issues.

What you will do?

• Work backwards from the needs of the customers and vendors to deliver the right inventory, at the right time, and at the right place.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure that customer in-stock and vendor needs are surpassed
• Drive business growth by ensuring that customer desired items are always in-stock and sufficiently stocked up
• Partner with vendors at the right cadence to optimize metrics such as lead-time, and fill-rate
• Utilize data to effectively prioritize the most impactful actions to deliver key business results.
• Effectively dive deep to identify the root cause of issues, develop solutions and implement the solve.
• Manage ordering process and systems to effectively balance competing business priorities.
• Guide the development of processes and controls to monitor behavior of Forecasting, Inbound, and Inventory Management systems and continuously improve existing capabilities.

Essential Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in instock management, business management, demand forecasting, ordering, procurement, inventory management, supply chain or consulting roles
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Data‑driven mindset with solid business logic
• Strong cross‑functional communication skills
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Ability to set lofty goals with the relentless drive and ownership to constantly challenge what is possible.
• Mandarin and English language proficiency required
