Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with fluent Japanese and English capabilities to drive digital marketing transformation across APAC. This dual-impact role combines senior delivery on one of our premier global automotive accounts with strategic advisory, operating model design, and business growth across Southeast Asia (SEA).
You will lead the rollout of AI-driven transformation and creative production at scale, guide enterprise clients through complex operating model transitions, manage dependencies and delivery risks, and secure new consulting opportunities, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite marketing and digital leaders.
This role can be based in Singapore or Tokyo.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of transformation workstreams on AI Content Production accounts, managing project dependencies, risk mitigations, and operational SLAs.
- Lead scope discussions with client counterparts, proactively manage client expectations, and establish interface agreements across brand marketing, creative AORs, and media partners.
- Act as a single point of contact for workstream delivery; establish communication plans, translate stakeholder engagement strategies into concrete transformation roadmaps & deliverables, and lead regular client updates.
- Lead continuous process improvements within workstreams to streamline briefing, review cycles, and AI production pipelines.
- Deliver pragmatic operating model and digital transformation projects for regional SEA clients, contributing directly to strategic planning.
- Manage sales pipelines effectively, proactively identify and secure revenue opportunities across active and non-active accounts, and contribute to practice growth targets.
- Lead and refine new pitch content, design simple consulting programs, and orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of proposals.
- Coach team members, support skill development, and develop thought leadership content to elevate practice methods.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Native or business-bilingual fluency in Japanese and English
- 6+ years in management consulting, strategic agency operations, or marketing technology transformation.
- Hands-on understanding of creative production processes, asset adaptation, DAM/MarTech integrations, and AI-first workflows.
- Experience in delivering organizational design, baseline consulting frameworks, business case development, and client transition management.
- Strong capability in client relationship management, scoping scope of work (SOW) documents, and leading pitch proposals.
- Direct experience in the Automotive industry and deep familiarity with Japanese corporate business culture is advantageous
