We’re looking for a SOC Analyst to join us at Telia.

I am Andrius, leading the Telia MSSP SOC team at Telia Lietuva. Currently I am looking for a colleague who could help us out with all the exciting work we do!

We are a managed SOC delivering 24/7 threat detection, investigation, and response for a growing portfolio of customers across several industries.

What you’ll do:

As a SOC Analyst, you’ll be at the front line of customer defence — turning signals into decisions and keeping threats out.

• Monitor & triage security alerts across SIEM, EDR/XDR, and other telemetry to separate real threats from noise.
• Investigate security incidents end-to-end, determine impact and scope, and drive containment and response.
• Hunt for threats proactively and help tune detection rules, use cases, and correlation logic to cut false positives.
• Communicate clearly with customers — write up findings, recommendations, and incident reports they can act on.

What will help you thrive in this role:

We value curiosity, ownership, and a calm head under pressure. This role is open at mid-level, but we’re happy to talk with strong junior candidates ready to grow, as well as experienced analysts looking for their next step.

• Hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or blue-team role (or strong, demonstrable skills if earlier in your career)
• Solid understanding of SIEM and EDR/XDR concepts, log analysis, and common attack techniques (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK)
• Working knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux internals, and cloud security fundamentals
• Ability to prioritise, document clearly, and stay sharp during high-tempo incidents
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian

Monthly salary range for this position – 2700-4000 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
