About the role

Reporting into the CBIA Activation Director – Europe, this is a critical
leadership role ensuring the OU remains closely connected to our consumer,
shopper and customer at cluster level across Southern Europe.
This team will act as a critical link point between the OU and the Cluster in
key areas.

Key responsibilities

• Taking OU insights and analytics and driving relevancy and applicability deep into the clusters/markets to support the growth agenda
• Responsibility for working alongside clusters to understand performance drivers, partner on strategically critical customer projects
• Supporting shopper and consumer related insight projects linked to relevant local brands
• Partnering with Category and ComEx Teams within the Clusters to elevate Consumer and Shopper Understanding
• Elevate Performance Understanding across all Enterprise Functions at Cluster Level, ensuring global and OU level tools are fully leveraged to drive One Version of the Truth
• Manage budget to ensure maximum efficiency of spend

Qualifications and skills

Essential

• Insight and Analytical Capabilities including understanding of advanced analytical methodologies including MMM, Price Elasticity and AI Capabilities
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage changing priorities in an efficient way
• Commercial understanding including P&L management
• Experience of Shopper & Consumer Insight and demonstrated ability to impact growth
• Fluency in both Italian and English is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, Python) or data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

   

    

EUR 56’481.00 - EUR 77’661.10 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
