We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Specialist! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients. Job Specifics:
1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly)
Shift: Monday-Friday, hours between 7am-5pm
Location: On-site in La Crosse, hybrid eligible after training
Department: Neuroscience Department
What's Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills and attention to details
Scheduling/coordinating background and medical terminology is a bonus!
