As a SAP - BODS - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will specialize in consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design and implement data management and analytics solutions, providing training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

- Leading data migration projects using SAP BODS and SAP Data Services to support client objectives
- Analyzing legacy data and migration requirements in collaboration with SAP functional and technical consultants
- Designing and implementing data migration solutions, including transformation routines and data validation processes
- Managing data migration activities, utilizing tools such as SAP SDS LSMW and SAP Migration Cockpit
- Conducting preload and post-load validation of migration results and advising on data cleansing requirements
- Performing migration dress rehearsals, cutover tasks, and providing post go-live support
- Advising clients on data management strategies and techniques to enhance data quality and utilization
- Developing data models and performing complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making
- Creating technical specification documents for data services jobs and supporting data validation exercises
- Utilizing Snaplogic for data migration from source systems to S/4 HANA
- Supporting data cleansing activities using Information Steward, Excel, and SQL tools
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and develop tailored data management solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating extensive experience in SAP Data Services and LSMW
- Utilizing Snaplogic for seamless data migration to S/4 HANA
- Designing and implementing data migration frameworks effectively
- Excelling in managing complex data migration projects
- Leading teams in data management and migration activities
- Advising on data management strategies and techniques
