As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will work closely with clients to address their complex business challenges, from strategy to execution, leveraging your skills in SAP Technology. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, guide and mentor junior team members, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality work. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context, anticipate client needs, and contribute to the firm's overall strategies.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will proactively manage multiple client engagements, establish effective client relationships, and contribute to the development of your technical acumen. You will be involved in business development activities, helping to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients. Within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, you will support process quality and delivery capability, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. Responsibilities

- Assisting in the management of multiple client engagements, reporting to Managers and above
- Training and leading staff to enhance team technical acumen and performance
- Establishing effective working relationships directly with clients to address complex business issues
- Contributing to business development activities by identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing your personal brand within PwC
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to support business transformation initiatives
- Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for process improvement and optimization
- Engaging in strategic technology planning to drive digital core modernization efforts
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Embracing change and fostering creativity in design automation and process optimization efforts

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights
- Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experiences
- Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized data processing
- Applying SAP NetWeaver for seamless integration solutions
