As a Salesforce LwC Developer - SA, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions within our Commercial & Service Excellence network. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud applications, enhancing client operations and service delivery. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex client engagements, build meaningful relationships, and mentor junior team members. You will develop a deeper understanding of business contexts, using your skills to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Salesforce Lightning Web Components to enhance client solutions
- Managing Salesforce Service Cloud projects, including architecture and budgeting
- Integrating enterprise software and IT infrastructure to streamline business processes
- Conducting technical consultations to support Salesforce administration and technology implementation
- Utilizing analytical thinking to model business processes and develop innovative designs
- Collaborating with teams to embrace emerging technologies and drive technology innovation
- Creating and delivering training materials to support technology integration and adoption
- Validating process standardization and enterprise integration to optimize system performance
- Supporting client engagements through active listening and accepting feedback to refine solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Developing innovative solutions through emerging technologies
- Implementing technology integration for enterprise software systems
- Excelling in project architecture and systems project management
