Your Role and Responsibilities 

• Use product configuration tools to provide technical solution acc. to customer requirements and complete sales offering.
• Support sales to communicate and do technical clarification with customer.
• Prepare comments & deviation acc.to customer specification for target projects.
• Execute technical solution quality improvement projects to improve customer satisfaction.
• Work as a contact window between sales and factory to secure smooth implementation of target projects.
• Narrow factory manufacturing gap, enlarge factory technical offering.
• Provide product training & technical communication to customer to increase customer satisfaction.
• Make proposals on industry customized products by fully analyzing market needs and application feature.
• Support PG finance controller to prepare risk review assessment.
• Study and provide product-level competitive analysis report of focused applications.

• 根据投标项目客户规范准备意见及偏差。

• 缩小工厂生产制造差距，拓展工厂技术解决能力。
• 为客户提供产品培训与技术交流，提升客户满意度。
• 充分分析市场需求与应用特性，提出行业定制化产品方案。
• 协助业务单元财务主管准备项目风险评估报告。
• 研究并提供所关注应用领域的产品竞争分析报告。

Qualification:

• Bachelor or master degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Experience in electrical machine design is preferred.
• Experience in machine application is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels.
• Enthusiastic, innovative and able to change.
• Ability to work globally within different cultures.
• Good in English.

The Motors and Generators Business Line Unit China is a part of Motion Services division. Its mission is to support the front-end Local Service Units or the Local Sales Units to serve the customer’s needs and requirements by implementing the service products as defined by the business.
