Your role and responsibilities
负责南京及苏北、安徽地区OEM客户的开发与维护，通过制定客户战略计划、开发新渠道伙伴、提供行业解决方案，提升公司传动产品和自动化解决方案在该区域的市场及客户占有率。
1. 客户开发与战略规划
深度开发南京及苏北、安徽地区的OEM客户
制定OEM客户战略计划，明确目标和路径
在南京周边地区（安徽、徐州、连云港、宿迁、淮安）识别和开发新OEM客户
2. 目标行业聚焦
重点聚焦水泵、供热、橡塑、食品、化工、半导体、物流等行业
开展目标行业的市场分析，了解行业需求和竞争格局
制定行业针对性的市场拓展策略
3. 渠道伙伴拓展
在安徽、徐州、连云港、宿迁、淮安等薄弱地区开发新渠道伙伴
扩大OEM客户群覆盖范围，建立稳定的渠道网络
与现有渠道合作伙伴密切协作，为OEM客户提供销售支持
4. 产品与解决方案推广
推进传动产品（低压变频器等）在OEM客户中的应用
推广PLC和变频器整合自动化解决方案，提升客户价值
根据客户需求，提供定制化的技术方案支持
5. 市场分析与报告
开展区域内OEM客户的行业市场分析
定期总结市场动态、竞争情况和客户反馈
提出改进建议和新的拓展机会
Qualifications for the role
教育背景：本科及以上学历；电气工程、自动化、机械工程或相关专业。
工作经验：5~10年，工业自动化、低压变频器或OEM相关业务销售经验。
专业技能：熟悉低压变频器、PLC及伺服产品及其在OEM行业的应用。
市场和客户认知：
深入了解安徽&苏北OEM行业市场及客户资源。
具备该地区OEM客户资源或具有快速建立客户资源的能力
软性技能：
具备较强的沟通、谈判和客户关系管理能力。
积极主动、结果导向，能够独立开展客户拜访和业务开发工作。
其他要求：能适应在安徽，苏北地区频繁出差的工作要求。

具有ABB或同行业知名品牌销售经验
具备行业客户资源或渠道伙伴关系
具备英语沟通能力
