Job Summary
The Sales Platform Administrator drives the operational health of the sales technology stack by overseeing the system maintenance, configuration, and continuous platform optimization within the Sales Operations and Enablement team. The position provides technical expertise and hands-on user support to guarantee high data accuracy and system uptime. By collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the administrator translates evolving business requirements into scalable software solutions and seamless tool integrations.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for assigned sales technology stack platforms, managing workflows, user permissions, configurations, reporting, and data integrity.
- Partner with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and translate requirements into scalable platform solutions, ensuring processes and system functionality are accurately reflected within assigned platforms.
- Monitor and validate platform data, system outputs, configurations, and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, reliability, and overall data integrity.
- Triage and resolve support requests, system issues, and data errors based on business impact, escalating complex technical issues to vendors or internal teams as needed.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to execute platform integrations, enhancements, and user acceptance training to validate functionality and alignment with business needs before deployment.
- Maintain clear system documentation including configurations, business rules, and troubleshooting guides—and create user enablement resources to drive effective platform adoption.
- Deliver training and ongoing support for new platform features while continuously identifying opportunities to improve adoption, user experience, data integrity, and process efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across Sales, Sales Operations and Enablement, Finance, IT, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support platform initiatives, process improvements, and evolving business needs.
What You'll Bring
- At least 6 months of experience in Sales Operations, or another functional area involving comparable responsibilities and transferable skills
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills with meticulous attention to detail in system configurations, business rules, and reporting.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, proficient in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Takes strong ownership of outcomes with a collaborative, integrity-driven approach to supporting evolving business goals.
- Driven to continuously optimize platforms, processes, and user experiences beyond baseline maintenance.

Approximate Compensation is $65,000 - $70,000 annually. Compensation is determined based on experience, skillset, travel, and geographical location.
