Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and business targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new customer accounts while retaining existing customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations and support the sales process in coordination with dealership partners.
- Provide product and technical support to major account customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and account management.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Material Handling Equipment, Capital Equipment, Industrial Equipment, or related industries.
- Proven experience in account management and business development.
