As a Sales Excellence & Operations Analyst - Global Alliance, you will engage in strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on building relationships with key Alliance executives, identifying synergies between technology and the firm, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-competency programs that address clients' most critical business issues.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful stakeholder connections and anticipate the needs of your teams and clients. You will navigate complex situations, using critical thinking to break down intricate concepts and deliver quality work. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will deepen your technical skills and grow your personal brand by embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth. You will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies and business plans, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth, while identifying opportunities for solution development and industry alignment.

Responsibilities

- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and collaborate on solution development
- Utilizing analytical thinking and market research to inform sales strategies and market penetration forecasts
- Coordinating sales programs and aligning them with the firm's broader objectives and business context
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-competency programs and address critical business issues
- Navigating complex situations and embracing change to grow personal skills and deepen technical knowledge
- Interpreting data to generate insights and recommendations that support strategic alliances and revenue growth
- Upholding professional and technical standards while reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business research, or operations support.  
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, PowerBI, Excel, Word, and Outlook  
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
