The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Sales Enablement Specialist to support a defined part of our sales organization. You will partner closely with sales leaders and sellers, while working across Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Customer Success, and other teams to turn product updates, competitive insights, value positioning, process changes, and customer feedback into practical seller guidance. Your work will span onboarding, ongoing learning, sales methodology, enablement content, AI-enabled workflows, and continuous improvement. We’re looking for someone who is curious, practical, highly collaborative, and skilled at translating complexity into clear, actionable support for Sales. You’ll join a growing enablement team led by the Director of Enablement, with each team member aligned to a defined part of the sales organization while collaborating closely on shared best practices, scalable resources, and broader GTM priorities.

What You Will Own
Sales Performance and Enablement
- Build, maintain, and improve practical enablement resources, including playbooks, pitch materials, battlecards, talk tracks, competitive resources, and value-positioning tools that support strong seller execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Customer Success, and other teams to translate launches, market insights, process changes, and customer learnings into clear seller guidance.
- Use seller feedback, call insights, performance data, and observed behaviors to identify execution gaps and recommend targeted enablement support across a high-velocity sales environment.
Learning, Coaching, and Onboarding
- Design and facilitate learning experiences that help sellers apply knowledge in real-world situations, using practice, reinforcement, examples, and coaching rather than relying on information delivery alone.
- Manage and continuously improve the PMC seller onboarding experience, including curriculum, facilitation, practice, certification, and readiness assessment.
- Partner with sales leaders and managers to support targeted coaching and reinforcement based on seller needs and performance opportunities.
AI, Technology, and Workflow Optimization
- Develop practical and responsible ways to embed AI into seller workflows to improve preparation, decision-making, productivity, and execution.
- Create guidance, templates, examples, and training that help sellers use AI and sales technologies effectively and consistently.
- Support adoption and ongoing optimization of sales tools and workflows, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and simplify how sellers work.
Content and Continuous Improvement
- Regularly review and update enablement content, training, playbooks, and documentation to ensure resources remain accurate, relevant, and easy to use.
- Organize and simplify information so sellers can quickly find and apply what they need without unnecessary complexity.
- Stay current on emerging enablement, AI, and GTM practices and bring forward practical ideas that could improve how the team works.
- Collaborate with the broader enablement team to share insights, reuse what works, and contribute to enablement initiatives that support collective GTM goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Operations, or a related role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience designing and facilitating training or enablement programs that focus on practical application and behavior change.
- Strong written, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, usable seller guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams, synthesize varied inputs, and translate complex information into clear, usable seller guidance.
- Highly organized, curious, and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and continuously improve existing programs and resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a high-velocity sales organization with variation in deal size, sales cycle, or buyer profile.
- Experience with tools such as Gong, Salesforce, Monday.com, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar sales and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with adult learning, instructional design, coaching, or behavior-change principles.
- Understanding of value-based selling methodologies; prior quota-carrying sales experience is a plus.
- Experience using sales calls, performance data, or seller feedback to improve enablement programs and resources.
Even if you don't have all of the Preferred Qualifications listed above, but feel you have what it takes to succeed in the role, we would love to hear from you!
