What is The Role
- Join Elastic’s APJ Sales Development team and play a key role in driving pipeline and new business across the Philippines and Vietnam.
- Own outbound prospecting across strategic accounts, identifying and engaging organisations that can benefit from Elastic’s solutions.
- Work closely with Account Executives and partners to identify high-value accounts, qualify prospects, and create new sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, particularly in Vietnam, where partner engagement is an important part of the go-to-market strategy.
- This is an ideal role for a proactive hunter who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, and taking ownership of pipeline generation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies across the Philippines and Vietnam using phone, email, social selling, events, and other channels.
- Research target accounts and identify relevant stakeholders across IT, Security, Cloud, Data, and Engineering teams.
- Qualify prospects and generate high-quality meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, particularly in Vietnam, and collaborate with them on account identification, prospecting, and pipeline generation.
What You Bring
- Experience working with or selling into the Philippines and Vietnam markets, with a strong understanding of the local business environment and buying landscape.
- Fluency in Tagalog is required, with strong English communication skills; Vietnamese language capability is an advantage.
- Experience building and managing partner relationships in Vietnam, including working with channel partners to identify accounts, generate pipeline, and progress opportunities.
- Confidence and professionalism when engaging with IT leaders, senior decision-makers, and C-level executives.
- Strong hunter mentality, with the resilience and persistence to prospect into new accounts and create opportunities from the ground up.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with sales and prospecting tools such as Outreach, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Claude.
- Previous experience in Observability, Security, SIEM, Cloud, or Data technologies.
- Experience selling SaaS, enterprise technology, or other complex B2B solutions.
- Experience working across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company or startup environment.
