About the role:

The Sales Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and sales support to the sales team. This role manages sales databases, prepares sales documents, handles daily office administration and customer communication, and coordinates sales appointments and client events. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal departments, the position supports daily sales operations with efficient multi-tasking, professional service and solid organizational skills to ensure smooth sales workflow.

What you will do:

• Perform full sales administrative support, including Delphi database management, proposal and contract preparation, report compilation, office supply management, and daily mail and telephone reception.
• Support sales team operations by arranging sales appointments, assisting manager travel arrangements, maintaining systematic sales filing, and conducting regular site inspections.
• Create and update monthly promotional materials, customer newsletters and sales campaigns, and coordinate on-site customer events to support sales performance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests professionally, maintain effective communication with clients and internal operational departments, and ensure seamless coordination for sales-related matters.
• Collaborate proactively with the team, handle multiple daily tasks efficiently, and deliver consistent, high-standard office and sales support.

What you bring:

• College degree or above.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in international five-star hotel sales or related departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and skilled in data sorting and document processing.
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Service-oriented, responsible, cooperative and able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
