As a Sales Administrator at VALEO SISTEMAS AUTOMOTRICES DE MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V., you will provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to overall sales success. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a meticulous approach to data management.

Responsibilities:**

* Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, from initial inquiry to delivery.
* Maintain and update customer records and sales databases with precision and confidentiality.
* Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including quotes, invoices, and contracts.
* Generate various management reports on sales performance, customer activity, and other key metrics.
* Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
* Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
* Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements.
* Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and office supply management.
* Effectively multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
* Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.

Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in a sales administration or similar administrative support role.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
* Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Experience in generating and analyzing management reports.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Solid understanding of sales processes and principles.
