A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222-room hotel all within a 125-acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. About the role 

Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. 

What you will do 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

-Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order; transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.

-Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.

-Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations. Make proper use of our mobile technology devices and programs.

-Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. 

-Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals. 

-Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

-Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. 

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-Take guest orders in the absence of order taker.

-Plate and prepare small food items.

What you bring

-High school education or equivalent experience 

-Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. 

-Minimum of 1 year in food service or related work preferred.
