The Position

TAM 治疗领域经理

Therapeutic Area Manager

治疗领域经理负责管理内外部资源，服务客户，传递产品科学信息，收集需求和反馈，最终提高患者获益。

A 规范诊疗

• 基于公司相关产品策略，介绍罗氏产品相关的关键信息，使医生及专家认知并了解罗氏的产品知识

• 基于公司疾病领域相关策略，传递相应疾病领域产品相关医学信息，促进医生制定规范治疗方案，运用专业知识，协助合理使用药品，助力生态圈内诊断准确度和治疗规范度的提升

• 收集、反馈药品临床使用情况、药品不良反应及临床需求等信息 

B 学科建设

• 访问临床及病理医生，按时按质的完成相关客户(尤其重点专家)对于疾病领域洞见的收集，并进行总结、分析和反馈

• 组织、协调并整合各类治疗领域学术会议活动，推动建立治疗领域治疗规范

C 疾病全程管理

• 支持协助患者解决方案经理，关注疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化

我们期待这样的您加入:

• 3年以上医药行业工作经验

• 既往有销售/市场/医学经验

• 跨职能工作经验为佳

• 具有卓越合规意识

教育程度/所获资格证书

医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
