Job Responsibilities

• Assist guests in finding and purchasing products.
• Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves and merchandise products as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming shopping experience.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and inventory systems.
• Excellent guest service skills and a friendly demeanor.
