Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Retail and Advertising Manager to join our team. The Retail and Advertising Lead will support the client in developing and implementing commercial strategies for the following items:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide commercial services consultancy services on the following non-exhaustive items:  Retail Areas, all types of internal and external advertisement, “click and collect” and ATMS.   

• Regarding retail areas, be responsible for reviewing the design of the retail areas, ensuring  compliance with the Contract requirements, ensuring that properly sized connections are available at the retail areas to allow rental of these areas, and ensuring that the retail areas are Fit for Purpose

• Regarding advertising, be responsible for reviewing the advertisement scheme of the project, ensuring proper advertisement elements are used on the project, and reviewing the distribution of the advertisement elements

• Support the client to perform spatial planning, design review, and layout optimization of all retail zones and advertising spaces.

• Be the interface with the client on all these above items.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Real Estate Development, Commercial Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail development, mall management, or commercial asset optimization.

• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial negotiation, and technical report-writing abilities.

• Proven track record working with major commercial developers or as an owner’s representative for shopping malls or lifestyle centers.

• Demonstrated experience in the spatial planning of retail layouts, commercial tenant zoning, and high-visibility advertising placements.

• Strong cross-disciplinary coordination skills, particularly in managing the interface between tenant fit-outs and core building infrastructure (MEP, structural, and ICT)

• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred, as these are the preferred working languages for the role.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience in retail and advertising integration within metro, rail, airport, or major transit hubs.

• Professional certification in architecture, project management, or real estate development.

• Deep knowledge of regional retail market trends, major commercial brands, and advertising network operations.

• Understanding of lease management frameworks, concession contracts, and revenue-share models
