The camp boasts 15 uniquely decorated tents and an Explorer’s Lodge, all reminiscent of 19th-century expeditions with handcrafted furnishings and modern amenities. Dine in style at Nong Yao, offering diverse cuisines, or enjoy a drink while watching the sunset at Burma Bar. About the role

Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle is seeking a talented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the outlet’s day-to-day operations in the absence of the Leadership Team, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through consistent, attentive, and personalized service. You will support and guide the team to uphold Four Seasons’ renowned standards, fostering a culture of excellence while maintaining the highest levels of quality, professionalism, and operational efficiency.

What you will do

• Deliver an exceptional dining experience by ensuring the quality and presentation of all food and beverage offerings, with strong knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns, support daily outlet operations, and assist in training team members to uphold service standards.
• Work closely with the leadership team, deputizing when required, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, equipment condition, and overall guest service.
• Support the preparation and service of food and beverages items and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.

What you bring

• Solid food & beverage experience in a luxury environment and previous experience in service.  
• Organizational and people skills, as well as and a drive to deliver an exceptional level of service. 
• Problem solving and a capacity to work under pressure are expected for this position. 
• Extensive knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, evening/dinner services, and public holidays.
