Job Title: Remote Technical Services Tech (I)
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Job Description
As a Remote Technical Services Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting customers, field engineers, and project teams by providing technical assistance and ensuring timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support projects and activities through to successful completion.
- Collaborate with project teams, customers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using available tools, systems, and knowledge bases.
- Take ownership of customer issues and drive them through to resolution.
- Escalate complex cases to specialized support teams when necessary while maintaining responsibility for follow-up and communication.
- Review, validate, and process documentation received through various channels.
- Accurately track, document, and report incidents, service requests, and resolutions using internal systems and databases.
- Provide support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Use remote access tools to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
- Follow established procedures and knowledge articles to deliver effective and consistent solutions.
- Proactively monitor customer environments and respond to events as needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering a high level of service and maintaining a customer-first mindset.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
- Previous experience in technical support, customer support, or a related role is an advantage, but not required.
