Job Description

Role Summary
Drive Territory Experience (TX) transformation for Mobile by turning customer insights into focused actions, ensuring strong execution, and building engagement across territories to deliver consistent, high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

1) Territory Experience Measurement

• Define and track TX metrics (e.g., NPS, network, service KPIs) at territory level
• Generate actionable insights from customer, network, and business data

2) Territory Experience Action Planning

• Translate insights into clear, prioritized territory action plans
• Align cross-functional teams on key interventions and targets

3) Territory Experience Execution

• Drive disciplined execution and track progress of TX initiatives
• Remove blockers and ensure accountability on actions

4) Territory Experience Engagement

• Build and mobilize a community of TX champions
• Lead cadences and enable teams with tools and best practices
