JOB DESCRIPTION:

业务管理

收集跟进市场动态、政策法规变化等，分析其对业务的影响，为公司策略的制订提供建设性的参考
根据公司整体目标，制订并执行大区业务计划，跟进过程管理及风险评估
根据公司政策，合理分配、审核及监控区域资源和预算，协调并有效实施各个项目及市场活动，确保资源和费用合理使用

客户管理

建立客户分层管理体系，定期拜访客户，挖掘客户需求，与客户建立专业的合作伙伴关系
规范客户信息数字化管理，确保信息的动态更新，指导团队及时响应客户需求，协助解决问题，制定客户中长期的业务策略

团队管理

搭建团队架构，明确各岗位职责与工作流程，带领团队实现各项业务目标及日常工作管理
管理和辅导团队，提升团队整体业务能力和综合素质，打造高效、专业的团队
建立有效的团队激励机制，激发团队成员的工作积极性和创造力，营造正向积极的团队氛围

团队协作

建立跨团队沟通协作机制，做好跨区域、跨部门的沟通协作工作，信息共享，提供建设性的意见

合规管理

以身作则，传递合规政策和文化，提升团队合规意识
组织团队合规政策的培训和学习，规范团队工作行为
遵守公司财务、合规、法务等相关规定，确保行为符合公司的规范和要求

要求

工作经验：5年以上零售行业销售管理经验，至少2年以上大区销售经理或同等管理岗位经历，熟悉零售渠道运营模式，并在激励、培养和发展人员方面取得成功
电脑能力：办公室相关软件应用，熟练运用Excel和PowerPoint进行数据分析和报告
语言能力：中英文读写能力
