We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist reporting to our Executive Recruiter where innovation knows no borders. This team identifies, attracts and hires exceptional leadership talent globally to advance Sabre's strategic vision across the travel technology ecosystem. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will primarily assist with coordinating executive hiring lifecycles alongside the broader talent acquisition team when able. Operating in a hybrid model from our Southlake office, you will guide candidates and senior stakeholders through seamless recruiting experiences while building essential skills for long-term career growth. Organization and attention to detail will be a pivotal aspect of this role.

What you'll do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a first-class experience that reflects the company’s values and culture
• Support the Executive Recruiter with creating job postings, tracking candidate activity, and maintaining accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate interview logistics including travel bookings and calendar alignment to deliver seamless candidate and executive experiences.
• Assist in the preparation of candidate presentations, interview materials, and status reports for leadership.
• Source high-caliber leadership talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal networks and targeted candidate outreach.
• Manage candidate workflows in Workday and other avenues to ensure complete data integrity, confidential records management and seamless background checks.
• Partner with legal and procurement teams to manage contract workflows, ensure agreement precision and timely invoicing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare offer materials and deliver seamless day-one onboarding agendas.
• Use generative AI and automation tools to streamline candidate status reports, drafting materials and executive workflow efficiency.

What you'll bring

• Experience in talent acquisition, executive recruiting or HR support, preferably within technology or SaaS.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a desire to grow professionally within talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of managing confidential hiring processes while engaging executive-level stakeholders with professionalism.
• Hands-on expertise using Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to build and track candidate pipelines.
• Practical experience using generative AI, automation or workflow tools to optimize administrative productivity and communication quality.
