About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Senior Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Pune. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and deliver high-quality candidates.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing multiple vacancies, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering against recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and placement.
• Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
• Assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
• Prepare and present high-quality candidate profiles to clients.
• Coordinate client interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate records within the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics including interviews, submittals, client interviews, offers, and placements.
• Manage multiple roles and priorities while meeting agreed recruitment timelines.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market feedback.
• Support offer negotiations and ensure a smooth candidate experience through to joining.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and skill sets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience working with recruitment targets and performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.

Desirable Experience

• Experience recruiting for international or Australian clients.
• Experience recruiting offshore talent across India, the Philippines, or other global markets.
• Experience with technology, corporate, professional services, or specialist recruitment.
• Previous experience in an RPO, Managed Recruitment Services, or staffing environment.
