Country Real Estate Manager – Thailand

Real Estate function’s objective is to effectively support ABB’s business activities by securing the most efficient and profitable use of ABB’s real estate facilities/assets. This requires local, professional real estate expertise, to ensure optimum results across all Business Areas and Divisions. As Real Estate Manager you will work within a collaborative environment in the head office in Bangkok, Thailand, reporting directly to the Country Holding Officer and functionally to the Electrification Global Real Estate Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ABB Thailand's real estate and workplace strategies to meet business needs.

• Manage real estate operations, including lease administration, occupancy planning, and facility management activities.

• Lead and coordinate office, warehouse, and facility improvement, relocation, and renovation projects.

• Maintain accurate records and reporting of ABB's real estate portfolio and occupancy costs.

• Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance of facilities and real estate activities.

• Drive space optimization, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives across sites.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, service providers, landlords, and local authorities to ensure efficient operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and HSE requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, property management, or construction.

• Knowledge of commercial/industrial real estate and facility operations.

• Experience managing facility or workplace-related projects and budgets.

• Hands-on and proactive, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills across operational, senior leadership, and regional/global environments.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.

• Knowledge of building systems and workplace standards is an advantage.

• Good command of English and Thai.
