We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Revenue Cycle Operations Manager to lead operational performance, process optimization, and service excellence across revenue cycle management functions. As a Revenue Cycle Operations Manager, you will own service delivery performance by establishing structured operational cadences, monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing workflows, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to eliminate operational bottlenecks, enhance process efficiency, implement automation strategies, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong analytical thinking, leadership capabilities, and the ability to transform operational insights into scalable business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own operational performance by establishing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly service review cadences across the revenue cycle function.
• Monitor key performance indicators, service-level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times, and operational metrics to ensure consistent service excellence.
• Drive accountability across operational teams by tracking workload, inventory, productivity, and overall performance against established targets.
• Prepare concise operational reports for leadership, highlighting business risks, trends, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Identify recurring operational challenges through root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions that eliminate repetitive issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, client services, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to resolve process bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, and operational playbooks to improve consistency and scalability.
• Analyze operational data, inventory trends, aging metrics, and business performance to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with product and technology teams to implement automation solutions, intelligent workflows, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted operational processes.
• Define automation roadmaps with measurable business outcomes focused on productivity, turnaround time, quality improvements, and operational scalability.
• Forecast resource requirements, manage capacity planning, balance workloads across teams, and recommend staffing strategies based on business demand.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members by setting performance goals, monitoring productivity, and promoting continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Operations, Operations Management, Service Delivery, or Business Operations.
• Proven experience managing operational performance through KPIs, SLAs, service reviews, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, root cause analysis, workflow redesign, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, RPA, predictive analytics, or intelligent workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience coaching high-performing operational teams.
