Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of entities through analysis of annual reports, financial documents, site visits, and management discussions, and assign appropriate risk ratings/scores.
Perform detailed financial analysis, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and key financial ratios, with industry benchmarking.
Assess the managerial, operational, and business capabilities of channel partners to determine business viability and risk exposure.
Review and evaluate statutory, regulatory, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements of channel partners.
Undertake sector and industry analysis to identify market trends, competitive positioning, and potential risks.
Conduct portfolio analysis for clients and provide insights to support credit and risk management decisions.
Develop, maintain, and enhance risk scoring models and frameworks for client evaluation and monitoring.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to effectively manage client accounts, ensure timely reviews, and facilitate decision-making processes.
Prepare detailed credit/risk assessment reports and present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
CA Intermediate (IPCC) qualified with both groups cleared; pursuing CA Final (target completion: 2028).
Strong understanding of current economic, business, and market developments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
Ability to analyze financial statements, understand business models, and assess industry dynamics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively in a corporate environment.
Team-oriented professional with a collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
