Job Title:
Quality Intern (6 months)Summary:
Backfilling Intern positionResponsibilities Include:
- Support in managing and monitoring supplier quality performance and maintaining quality standards.
- Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on their effective implementation.
- Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) of quality-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update quality documentation in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Support quality-related activities, records, reports, and documentation as required.
- Use SAP for relevant quality processes, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of QMS, RCA, CAPA, and SAP.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field
Experience:
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Quality or a related field.
